Boxford PD8 floor standing drill press

The drill press is on loan from idn.

Safety

  • Ask to be shown how to use it the first time you need to
  • Wear eye protection and ensure the guard is down
  • Use an appropriate speed for the drill and material you're working with

Things to know

  • Single phase
  • 8 speed
  • MT2 quill
  • A safety interlock stops the machine if the belt access is opened
  • Don't change the gear unless the machine is fully stopped
  • DO NOT HACK!!
